Our programs are individually designed to meet your needs, and are easy to follow! We can help you improve your overall health and well-being…if you get off track following a program—don’t worry—we have “Follow-Up” Programs available for you to use as a “refresher” anytime.

Life Unlimited offers your choice of professional services, programs, articles, information, face-to-face or online counseling and life-coaching sessions and much more!

At Life Unlimited, it is our belief that everyone can learn to become healthier in mind, body and spirit-- in order to live a fuller life in every way.

For many years we were psychotherapists, nurses, massage therapists, life coaches, specialists in acupuncture and more--- we are happy to finally be able to put what we all know into a team effort and Our Own Unique Programs that will help you Live Your Best Life!

We offer you our kind, personal assistance as a group or one-on-one, and we are based right here in Saint John, N.B. Canada.

Life Unlimited offers Life Coaching, Counselling and “Live Your Best Life” Programs that can be enjoyed at home, online or as a group at the office.

Or, we can be booked for a “Weekend Retreat Lifestyle Seminar”...including massages for everyone!

You can choose from the suggestions we will make when we design your unique program and services for an hour, ½ day, whole day…or a full weekend…we will make it fun, interesting, entertaining, informative and helpful.

Our Possibilities Director will be happy to meet with you for a consultation, and get you started on your journey. We are your one-stop shop for overall wellness!
