Life Unlimited is “The Place to go For Understanding and Support”. We offer individual, couples and child psychotherapy and counseling as well as assessment services, to help individuals heal emotionally.

Our unique counselling services offer an initial “assessment” which can include a wide variety of “additional therapies” in order to help your mind and body heal together while you benefit from our “whole health” approach.

At Life Unlimited, we believe in a mind, body and spirit approach to mental health and have program co-ordinators, registered massage therapists, nutritionists and fitness experts available to design a program tailored to suit your individual needs!

You are free, however, to choose from the services, utilizing only those your are comfortable with. Or, you may decide to accept a full spectrum program to help you achieve your fullest potential!
